I bought an older (cerca 2019) Rockshox Lyrik and I added the Tru Tune and it feels better than all the newer forks I have tried. The increased control and feel is amazing.
I was able to demo a friend’s for a couple of ride’s and it was an eye-opener, night & day difference. I ordered one asap for myself & upon arrival, I immediately installed. Now, I’m awaiting the current trail conditions (Winter) to improve before initial shake down…can’t wait. Keep up the beyond great work you guys do!

So I felt I was not getting enough support mid stroke , I was already running one token so added another and felt two was to harsh and suffered a loss of grip up front.
So trutune looked to be the answer and I pleased to say so far it's working as expected great small bump sensitivity and great mid travel support grip was improved as well.
So I'd say a great product that does what it says . Best advise I would give if you are thinking of getting a trutune is to properly understand what it does so you feel disappointed. I knew what was wrong with my set up and researched alot of products.
Grip increased by 10% i would say and fork support 25% increase which in my eyes is a great improvement.
Added this to a set of Fox34 Step cast forks. I’m 72Kg. They have been great since. I’ve been able to add at least 10 psi and get full travel. I’m now at 75psi and zero tokens and the forks are really plush.
Great product for the price. Ordered two, one for my Lyric, and the second for my Zeb. I ordered the one for my Lyric (160) for better small bump and mid stroke support. I ordered the second for my Zeb (180) to get full travel and better small bump compliance. The product achieved each of my goals tor my different forks. Still playing with air pressure and tokens but that is a personal problem.
I have found the flow definitely makes a difference using more travel when needed and less tokens required. HSC pre flow I’m -1 to -2 I’m now central on 0. Again LSC pre flow I was more or less fully open on the -, now I’m more to -5 clicks. Rebound I’ve been generally 1 click slower though faster riding I’m back where I was before which is 7-8 clicks from full slow.
I bought this for my new 180mm ebike. I’m a 6’2” tall and 125kg full riding gear. Running high pressures usually means a harsh ride or tokens and lower pressure but can lose some mid stroke support especially on the steep stuff. Trutune allows me to have great support but also use all of my travel (180mm) when needed!
I installed one of these to my 100mm Rockshox sid 35’s and it’s transformed them, I now get full travel and the small bump control is a night and day difference. I’ve got a second bike with 100mm Sid 32’s that has the standard tokens in and it’s crap compared to my 35’s now so I’ve ordered one for that as well….. I’ll leave another review when it arrives.
My Fox 32SC was the worst fork ever made.
Installing a Trutune made it into a great fork. The fork became plush with good holdup, progressive and compliant with good bottoming resistance.
I was sceptical, but this has completely fixed my harsh zebs. Previously I could never get full travel, and my forks always felt harsh and terrible. Now with the trutune thingo installed, my forks are plusher, have plenty of midstroke support and I'm getting at least an extra inch or so of travel. I'd highly recommend to anyone who feels like their fork is ramping up to hard. Best upgrade I've made in years.
